How do I buy something?
To buy an item, simply click ‘Add To Basket’ on the item page. On some items, there may be options to personalise your items. Once your item(s) have been added to the basket, your basket will be updated at the top right of the page. To check out, simply click on the basket at the top right of the page.
At the checkout stage, fill in all of the required information. You can then either checkout using your card details, or via PayPal.
Do I need to sign up to buy?
You do not need to sign up or register on the website to purchase an item. We provide a guest checkout system. Simply shop as usual and complete the checkout process.
I have forgotten my password, now what?
If you’ve lost your password, click here and enter your username or email address. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
What methods of payment are accepted?
The easiest way is to pay via PayPal. You can also pay using a credit or debit card.
Why don't you ship to my country?

What if I change my mind?
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 working days after the day you received your order (further detail is available in our terms and conditions www.tilliemint.co.uk/terms-and-conditions), however this does not apply to personalised items.
What payment security do you have?
The TillieMint website uses HTTPS SSL security, meaning all communications between your browser and the website are encrypted. HTTPS is used to protect highly confidential online transactions like online banking and online shopping order forms.
Web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome also display a padlock icon in the address bar to visually indicate that a HTTPS connection is in effect.
In addition, no credit or debit card details are stored on our website.
